I had a highly positive experience at Patrick Legal. From the administration staff to the lawyers, they all took care of my case and ensured that I got a very good outcome. Staff were friendly and efficient at all times. My calls and emails were answered quickly. I was very satisfied with the outcome and the fees were quite a lot less than estimates from other law firms I had been given. Highly recommended.

Went to see them today for support regarding a traffic matter. After showing them the summon and telling my story they told me exactly what the summons told me to do. 250 consult upfront. Not worth my time or money. Rip off. No support or ideas. Never again.

My father's mental health is deteriorating rapidly and Patrick Legal are managing his divorce. Any lawyer would find this hard given the difficulties with the client.HOWEVER.They refuse to engage. As one of the few people that act on behalf of my Dad they have failed to SIMPLY ring me back over the past six months. Over that time my Dads mental capacity has reduced so much more. All the while he has been homeless having not got access to the money due to the (now) significantly delayed process.Despite me offering to be case guardian with their clients approval they still refuse to call back. Which has put my Dad and our family under incredible pressure.I am at a loss how to resolve it as they refuse to deal with me - preferring to deal with a mentally impaired man drawing significantly more costs and putting him far worse off position.In my experience they have lost touch with the importance of the profession and failed at the most basic foundations of any business - communication and perseverance.Wouldn't recommend to anyone.

This was the worst experience of my life! My lawyer caused me more stress and put more pressure on me by his lack of understanding than the entire separation did. My lawyer never explained the process to me, he was very rude, and could never assist me when i was looking for answers and support. Never ever use these lawyers unless you enjoy being treated like a criminal...

All the staff were very helpful during this very stressful time after my marriage breakdown. My lawyer offered practical solutions and tried to resolve the matter on reasonable terms as soon as possible. Highly recommend and would use again

Very poor customer service.Don't follow through, forget to do as they say and do not return phone calls.All they wanted was to be paid when we met with representative in Gosnell's before we even discussed our requirements.They even rang the day before our appointment requesting payment. (currently seeking advice as to the legal right to request said payment)I would suggest using someone else as I cannot and will not recommend Patrick Legal.P.S still waiting for phone call to discuss my compliant but nothing...typical unfortunately.Richard Knight

DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMENDPATRICK LEAGALHad a initial consultation with one of their so called senior solicitors.Simon O’Brian in Fremantle from memory first 15 or 30 minutes were free.My situation was a “little complex “So I booked an additional one hour and because of his title it cost me an extra $500 for the hour and had to be paid in cash.The office if it can actually be described as one consisted of 2 chairs and a table in a very ordinary building in Fremantle next to the fire station on reception on signage terrible.But It actually gets worse Simon wasBasically lifeless and no personality and took down some information I told him and documentsAnd he gave me ABSOLUTELY NO HOPE about the situation I was inI walked out in tears and suicide felt like my only option.And when I rang to make the appointment I was told that I was going to be looked after by one of our top solicitors.If I could have I would have ranked Patrick Legal probably minus 10.Horrible horrible experience.If ANYONE is thinking of going to the family court with a divorce and settlement case I can not urge you strong enough to NOT go through Patrick legal one of the WORST experiences of my life.Save your time and money and sanity and probably your will to live and choose ANY OTHER law firm .Patrick Legal should be ashamed of themselves and if Simon O’Brien is on of thier best god help them.DISCRACEFULLSince I have seeked help from another law firm and my experience has been wonderful positive from the start and professional and have been very very happy and satisfied .Please choose wisely in your time of crisis and avoid Patrick Legal at all costs.DISGRACEFUL And totally void of customer service .Do yourself a favour and go anywhere but there.Minus 8 out of 10
